With a modest initial investment and a shared vision, they launched Aram Logistics from a small office. They focused on building a strong foundation by investing and assembling a dedicated team that aligned with their values of transparency, reliability, and outstanding service.

Meet the Owners
ALVARO HERNANDEZ
Owner
Alvaro is a dedicated logistics executive with a diverse background in business management, and supply chain operations. Graduating at the top of his class, Alvaro earned a technical degree in accounting. He furthered his expertise by obtaining a technical degree in Inventory Management, and continued his studies of business management in San Diego, California.
His early career began as a Material Administrator for a feed production factory, managing grains and additives, before he enlisted in the US Navy where he further expanded his leadership and operational skills.
As a proud US veteran, father, and business owner, Alvaro believes in mutual growth and helping others succeed while advancing his organization’s goals.
SAMUEL RUBIO
Chief Executive Officer
Sam is a US Marine Veteran with an executive background with over 20 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain management industry. As the CEO, he leads the organization with a focus on driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth in an increasingly complex and competitive market.
Sam is known for his strong leadership, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to implement large-scale logistics projects, drive cost efficiencies, and expand market share. Passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, he is dedicated to enhancing the client experience and ensuring that Aram Logistics remains a leader in the logistics sector.
